FAQs & Shipping Info
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. 1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards and PayPal.
2. Can I cancel my order or change my address?
We understand that sometimes you can change your mind on an item. If you need to cancel your order please visit the Contact page. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away and we will do our best to update it during our order fulfilment process. If the item has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
3. I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!
4. How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
United States: 3-25 Business days
Canada, Europe: 10-20 Business days
Australia, New Zealand: 10-30 Business days
Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 Business days
Due to high demand, order processing can take up to 48 hours and estimated delivery times are subject to change.
5. Where’s my order? / How can I track my order?
You should receive an email when the order is processed and shipped to you with proper tracking information. If you didn’t receive an email, please contact us with your order number and we will provide the tracking information for you.
6. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
7. Where do you ship to?
We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
8. Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

9. Do you offer a refund if i don’t like the product?
Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don’t like the product. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details. If you have any additional questions that have not been addressed in our FAQ, please contact us here and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
